How Our Floral Design Experience Works

At Pavé Wedding Design, our services are tailored and made-to-order. We operate by appointment only to ensure every client receives our full creative attention.
The process begins with a consultation and a moodboard that reflects the floral style and emotional tone of your event. Once the direction is approved, a personalized quote and purchase order is presented. After confirmation and payment, we begin the design process, and your floral pieces are delivered or installed on the agreed date.

Terms of Service

These Terms of Service apply to all services provided by Pavé Wedding Design. By working with us, you agree to the following terms:

  1. Made-to-Order Services All floral services are custom-designed for each client. Designs are developed based on the moodboard and consultation process. No stock or pre-made arrangements are offered.
  2. Booking & Payment A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date and begin the design process. Final balance is due before delivery or event date, as outlined in your quote.
  3. Changes & Cancellations Due to the custom nature of our work, changes must be requested at least 14 days prior to the event. Cancellations made less than 30 days before the event are non-refundable.
  4. Delivery & InstallationsWe coordinate floral delivery and installations as per your event schedule. Timelines and access must be agreed in advance. Pavé is not responsible for site-related delays or venue restrictions.
  5. Artistic Integrity As floral artists, we reserve the right to make adjustments based on seasonal flower availability while respecting the approved aesthetic direction.
